From Weeks to Months

Well at some point, it seems silly to keep referring to your child’s age in weeks. Saying something like, “Scarlet is now 14 weeks old” only causes most people to do the math in their head to figure out months. So to save you all from mental math, the time has come to make the switch.  I have noticed myself doing this automatically when people ask. Now Scarlet is just 3 months (for those of you that like specifics, she’s 14 weeks). Having said that, I would like to do weekly updates when I can, so you might see some of that in the future.

I hosted our Bunco group at our house last night. Here are some pics:

As you can see, our Bunco group is kind of an all-in-the-family deal. Scarlet got to see 3 Aunts (4 if you count Auntie Em), and her cousin Amber.

This morning I went to another Fix It, Freeze It event. This month we made Spanish Rice, Curry Chicken, Mustard Oregano Pork Chops and Tequila Lime Chicken. It’s nice to have the freezer stocked again. We’re taking a break for the summer and I’m going to miss it.
