Scarlet’s First Real Food

Well, if you don’t count the dab of ice cream Daddy snuck her once or twice, Scarlet started eating real food. (If you call that rice cereal stuff real food). Here’s what she thought:I don’t know what she thought about the taste, but she sure didn’t like the spoon in her mouth. That tongue was thrusting like crazy.

And hallelujah, Daddy finally put together the high chair (we’ve only had it since November).  I love that it’s wood and matches our dining room/kitchen.

  1. What a cutie. I hope to get to know her in the church nursery

  2. Thanks Carol (is this Carol C by the way?). She hasn’t been in there much because I usually keep her with us (she’s a pretty good baby). But I’m sure we’ll start using the nursery more and more.
